ReplyDeleteUnless Ms Winter Mornings is describing something metaphorically and I am being too literal, modern cars absolutely do not need to be warmed up before they are driven. The warm up is an urban myth/ misconception.

ReplyDeleteI remember that view of the old cinema in Sag Harbor from my visits there. (It burned a few years ago, as I recall.) I love the "Dogs Must Be Carried" card -- that's ME on the tube with Olga! (Well, she's not quite THAT big, but big enough!)
