Coaching

I know it smacks of nepotism but my fav neice ( in law ) is now a lifestyle coach and is, in my biased view , doing very well at it.
She has a blog here....if any of you fancy a look ( click below)

  1. Her blog post was a lovely thoughtful way to point out a helpful way to spend free time, John. You are rightfully proud of her.-Mary

  4. I think I might need a lifestyle coach myself - then she could drive me to pub quizzes and teach me how to use a toilet brush more effectively... But good luck to your niece!

  5. She should be very successful! And is not nepotism. It’s sharing!

  6. If you put a greying beard on her she could be a version of you. (That is a compliment, btw).

  7. Her advice is very good. A good walk is the best medicine for the body and the mind. I love the way she talks.

  8. Rebecca sounds a very friendly person and willing to help to those who need such a service as she offers. She is the type of person this sad world needs more of.

I love she is out sharing thoughts with us from the fresh air - but I also hope she leaves those earbuds at home sometimes and really disconnects from audio books, phone etc. and truly enjoys freedom, nature, and a good dose of that marvelous clean country air
when out on her walks - like we did in the 'good old days.'

Glad you 'shared' Rebecca with us - wishing her loads luck in her business endeavor.
