ReplyDeleteJesus !! That's Shite ....
ReplyDeleteNow THAT was a chain-reaction if I ever saw one!
ReplyDeleteGood to hear you are home safe,
ReplyDeleteYou'll sleep well tonight.
ReplyDeleteBomb on the underground this morning too
ReplyDeleteI thought of you when I heard that and was wishing like hell you were not involved.
Delete7 hours? OMG! Surely that's not normal, is it? That was some trip!
ReplyDeleteSeveral thousand people moving north in the wrong direction
DeleteI could not have survived that trip, John. I'm sure you kept your cool the entire way; anything else being unthinkable, I'm sure.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you're home and safe!
ReplyDeleteWe all run the gauntlet nowadays why worry
DeleteWe don't expect you to cower at home in Wales, but since we care about you, it is good to know you got home safe if exhausted.
DeleteI've been thinking lately how the actions of one person can affect so many people and here you are with a perfect illustration.
ReplyDeleteHurricanes can do the same.
Glad you're okay.
I was travelling from west london to central london at the same time as the bomb went off but that was south west london.....
DeleteMajor track side fire last night at Harrow caused closure of Euston Station.
ReplyDeleteTell me about it! The fight was particulary unpleasent ...a man with autism on a bike in an unexpected crowded train
DeleteHe is a pretty little thing isn't he? I could do without the facial hair though.
ReplyDeleteOh no its lovely
DeleteDefinitely a difficult day - but you are alive and that counts.
ReplyDeleteI was hoping you where not where the bombs went off. Happy to know your safe ( but tired) at home.
ReplyDeletecheers, parsnip
One bomb that did not detonate properly. Could have been much much worse.
DeleteWe live in very dangerous times. It is best to stay in Trelawnyd.
ReplyDeleteSometimes, you just have to endure. Glad your safe.
ReplyDeleteYou are home thats the main think thank goodness, But even I had a little oh heck where did JG say he was going moment. Stay safe everybody out there
ReplyDeleteThat's horrible & the bloody bomb as well - terrifying.
ReplyDeleteI once told a train guard that a young man was harassing a young girl on a train. The train broke down so several of us stood with the girl while the guard spoke to the man. To her credit she had already told him to F**! O!! but I felt there was safety in numbers. No mobile phones those days to let my mum who I was visiting know I'd be very late.
Good you are safe.
ReplyDeleteServes you right for posting that you enjoyed yourself - the gremlins obviously read it.
ReplyDeleteDon't think much of your taste in men!
lives down to the blog's web address..disaster film!
ReplyDeleteExpecting anyone to stand for that long is unreasonable
Get that dragon up on the pole. Show 'em you mean business!
ReplyDeleteDLTBGYD.
g
Stressful 7 I am sure . . .
ReplyDeleteHappy you are safe!
Glad you're safe ... that's the main thing!!
ReplyDeleteAfter 53 years in London, what I like about Belfast is the lack of overcrowding. I can always get a seat on a bus or train. And not the third or fourth bus but the first one.
