Oh, I am so sorry ! A tiny comfort is that you have a loving nurse there with you not to mention the Professor lol .. you mean Winnie isn't a good nurse ?? Feel better soon.
Did I tell you my husbands favorite cure for what ails you ? Drink a nice amount of vodka. Wrap a cashmere scarf around your throat. Lie on the bed. You will fall asleep ... and wake up feeling SO much better .. it never failed him ...
Trust the Prof gives you some TLC today... nice clean sheets on the bed..some soup & lots of water, you will bounce back after some good kip :) Cheers and get well soon. Elle xx
John, I've chosen this evening for a blog world catch up session and am so sorry to read that you are unwell. This won't deter me from now scanning through your many posts that I have yet to read. If I find I need to leave another comment, I will return here. xo
I've just traveled back far enough in time to discover your post with the news that you and the Prof have booked a Nov. trip to NYC! This is great news...and i will now stop my backward time travel..unless you do recommend some prior post that I really, truly ought to see. xo
Rest and recover, bone broth is a good thing to have in the freezer for times like this. Hope you are feeling well enough to lie in the sun, vit D is a wondrous drug. Best wishes John.
