I've seen The Car Man, but it was on the small screen, probably YouTube. It was years ago though, before we came to France. It was a great ballet. Love Matthew Bourne's work. Shame about the projector. Hopefully you will get another opportunity to see the ballet if they can get it fixed!
Them's the breaks. (I have never heard about it, so not sure what you missed.)
ReplyDeleteI hope you got a refund!
ReplyDeleteI've never heard of that film, but judging by the picture it would be worth seeing ;-)

ReplyDeleteAre you sure the focus was out and it wasn't just sweat running into your eyes?
ReplyDeleteI married a time served mechanic, so I'd love to see this! X

ReplyDeleteLOL -- I haven't heard of this movie, but now I'm going!
ReplyDeleteWhy hasn't my car man ever looked anything like that... except for the grease?
ReplyDeleteFunny, I just got up ( thank you meowing cats) and my focus is a bit out ... but I am enjoying the sight anyway ...

ReplyDeleteI am sort of liking the man in front with the beard .. sort of ..
