How lovely to have a dog that you can trust around little children while you are out of the room. I have one of those, too! (Although it has to be said that the children need to know how to respect the dog, as well.)
To be honest i can trust all of the dogs with thegirls . Mary however is too silly and jumpy so got locked away. George loves being kissed and hugged by eve and Liv , so does winnie but William is especially gentle with both girls....
awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww! the despot's girls are cute. and you are teaching them valuable lessons, john.
I used to love helping my maternal grandmother in the kitchen. my own mother told me I was "too stupid and slow" to be in the kitchen with her. I got the last laugh on that bitch - I cook things she would NEVER dream of doing (e.g., chicken tikka masala)!
Oh William the girls needed some cuddles and you were willing and able to oblige. I get more unconditional love from my three cats than a human. They collect my tears on their furr and watch me dance a silly jig. Tiger big boy is 13. Raja the timid little girl and Whiskers my friendly greeter with a smidgen of jealousy. They are both 13 too and twins from a different father. Ha!

I think next time you should do the baking they should get the clearing up ;-)
ReplyDeleteI want to hug him.
ReplyDeleteLove,
Janie
Everyone does

ReplyDeleteIt would seem the attraction is mutual. Such pretty little girls and who could blame William for loving them and vice versa?
ReplyDeleteIt's moments such as that which fix themself in your memory rather than the seemingly more important things.
ReplyDeleteOne of these days I might have to show up in Trelawnyd. Not to see you, mind... so I can fawn all over sweet William.
I hope Mary was taking notes on "people skills"! She has big paws to fill!
ReplyDeleteThey must be nice little girls for William to want to be so close!
ReplyDeleteLovely just lovely !
ReplyDeletecheers, parsnip

ReplyDeleteJust look at him soaking up all that attention!
ReplyDeleteChildren and dogs are a great mix.... which I can't say for bread and butter pudding.
ReplyDeleteLovely photo. Surprised that it had gone quiet, though - no giggles and gentle woofs?
ReplyDeleteWhat a delightful pic!
ReplyDeleteOh bless - such a sweet sight x
ReplyDeleteI love that the girls come to you after school sometimes, happy faces all round x
ReplyDeleteAw so lovely!
ReplyDeleteIn the world of cuddly toys, miniature stuffed Williams would sell like hotcakes.
ReplyDeleteI need a William in my life - he's adorable.
ReplyDeleteAnd not only was William happy, he made two little girls very happy, as well! That's love they'll remember forever.
ReplyDeleteHe makes a lot of people happy
ReplyDeleteBeautiful...
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely photograph John. Lovely girls and a dog to be proud of too.
ReplyDeleteIncredibly sweet! :)
