John, take that little girl for a looonnnggg walk and wear her little ass out. Then everyone will have a quiet night 'cause she'll be so tired when she come home that she'll pass out and sleep through the evening.
No, no, you don't - believe me you don't ! Try an older retired breeding dog - they are much quieter and usually very much more affectionate. We have two, and they are wonderful. A pup will wear you out - they are worse than a new baby. Ask John !
Love how George is just sitting there in the eye of the storm! lol Have you been stepping on little teeth? I hated that when our dog was a puppy and was chewing everything and then a baby tooth would appear.
Thank you for the reminder ... teething puppies. Maybe an older dog .. but not too old, I want one that will stay around for a while. I adopted a cat a few months ago .. my young cat needed cat company. He is 11. I couldn' t stand the idea of him dying of old age and sadness in a cage in a shelter. He is the sweetest cat I have ever had and I have had a few. An old blue eyed Himalayan with bad eyesight and arthritis and the most croaky loud voice . I adore him :)

I'd love to get Mary and Geraldo together for a play date; preferably in a soundproofed room.

My book-reading distractions are either dust bunnies, Jenny planning her next shopping trip or the urgent need for a caffeine injection.
ReplyDeleteHappy new year John to you and your familly.
