Normal Service Will Be Resumed
The Prof and I are having a lazy day today
Tomorrow he will be writing something profound in his office
Tomorrow I will be working a 12 hour day shuft on ITU followed by further 3 hour Samaritan shift
I'll be back on blogger on Monday
Hey ho
Good Lord! That is a shift which is way too long! You're going to be a puddle when it's over. It's raining here. I think I may take to bed with a book.
We had such a relaxing day that while Grant was doing an early BBQ on the patio this evening, Rina and I were knitting bedsocks for the oldies in the retirement center, and we were YAWNING! It was awful! BTW I've never seen Her Majesty in that shade of apricot!
Her Majesty IS becoming that Rolling Stone!! Lovely pic... I have no doubt that she would love to do that for real!! Possibly even does, once a Prime Minister... or perhaps Chaz... has left the room!! Please have a restful Monday!! Then post... ON TUESDAY!
Hahaha... love the photo. I'm sure Her Maj wouldn't be so crass lol. Your Sunday sounds like a hell shift...I don't mind a long shift occasionally but I hate working on Sundays! Take a flask.
LOL -- I love this. I was just telling someone how grumpy Liz looked during the Olympics. I think that's where this shot came from, isn't it? Anyway, I guess she often looks like that these days.
I wonder what The Prof will be writing in his diary of profundity... "The Husband was farting all night long in our bed. It's like being married to the tuba section of The Black Dyke Mills Brassband! Winnie left another slimy fanny trail on the carpet in the parlour. That dog is just a fat canine slug! Now where was I ... ah yes, social dimensions of pre-natal maternity care in the foothills of the Ural Mountains.with particular reference to the conclusions from Moriarty and Bullwinkle's 1968 exploratory project..."
sounds like a nice weekend though. I have been on the go since 9a this morning; it's now 2p and I need a nap.
ReplyDeleteYou get today's prize for the shortest post! Don't work too hard! :-)
ReplyDeleteThat sounds like a marathon Sunday to me! Get lots of rest today if you can.
