So sweet! John 'the nest'. I am sure you will have news to share later. Is Chris due back soon? Have you made anything special to eat and more importantly - do you feel better now?
They take me back to when I was a child, we had two geese, Daphne and Diane. Dad brought them home as goslings, and we were inseparable, a seven year old girl and her geese! We used to go for walks down the lane and my parents knew I was completely safe, D&D wouldn't let anyone near me!
You move like a Gazelle in that first film John. Unfortunately I had to stop the second one as Snippet was going crazy at the cheeping. He's not very bright. xx
Yes,. Sadly John those goslings don't grow up into beautiful swans - more like angry marauders just waiting for an excuse to give you a bite on the leg.
We have piglets that will follow us that way as well and chase our GK's about the yard. Reminds us how trustful animals can be when well treated. CUTE CUTE videos
So cute! I went to an English Meat Market yesterday and thought of you. They had Scotch eggs $5.00 each (2pounds 61pence), I thought that was a bit much! What I went for was a Melton Mowbray pie. It was $9.00 (4pounds 69pence) yikes. I bought the pie, I hope it's as good as I remember them being.

ReplyDeleteYour goslings are very cute but I always find their adult counterparts quite terrifying...so does our dog!

It's funny how very young animals are (generally) enormously appealing. So different from those of the human species (yuk!)
ReplyDeleteThey are so cute at that stage...then those ugly feathers start to show.
