but I'm still not to be had for the price of a cocktail,

Too sweet?
Just read my previous post and I have just come to the conclusion that I have just taken too many Shirley Temple pills this morning.
In lieu of all this saccharine I will leave you with this heart warming bunny photo
Enjoy
Later nobody will know why they always talk about 'Harvey'. In Germany we call a scaredy-cat an "Angsthase", "afraid-like-a-hare", but these two have a good reason to be afraid!
I had to look at the photograph on my sidebar twice, in order to establish that it wasn't in fact a man's willy with attendant testicles. Have a look... tell me I'm wrong! Or perhaps I am just going a little dolally... careful!
Sometimes I need to take some of those Shirley Temple pills myself - where can I get them? I enjoyed your "little kindnesses" post, and I'm sure the "guilty parties" like being acknowledged.
I can't keep up JG. I only went to sleep for a little while last night, and then I went to work, and I then I had a kebab for tea. I like to keep up. x
All those badly costumed characters should be permanently stored away with other creepy icons like as clowns & dolls. When are adults going to stop subjecting small kids to these living nightmares?
Don't THEY look happy?
ReplyDeleteAt that age I'd have been freaked out too. In fact even now it still has the same effect.
ReplyDeleteYe gods..not surprised they looked terrified! It's not exactly dear departed Mary is it?
ReplyDeletea life time of nightmares here...
ReplyDeleteThose vintage bunnies were kind of creepy weren't they?
ReplyDeleteTaxidermy practice?
ReplyDeletePoor kids, that bunny creeps the crap out of me.
ReplyDeleteI've pinned it down. It looks like that giant rabbit in 'Donnie Darko' (if you've seen it.)
ReplyDeleteNow, that's more like it!
ReplyDeleteJane x
That's the stuff of nightmares!!
ReplyDeleteBloody hell, that answers everything!!!! Shades of Chris(topher) Rabbit.
ReplyDeleteEnough to make anyone SCREAM!!!!
ReplyDeleteNothing makes a child happier than being hugged by a giant bunny with a creepy face.
ReplyDeletethat took me back to my 2nd born with santas, play school, and teachers
ReplyDeleteLater nobody will know why they always talk about 'Harvey'.

ReplyDeleteOh Sweet Jesus, what a horror! LOL
ReplyDeleteI'll bet those kids didn't grow up thinking bunnies are sweet. Easter must be hell at their homes.
ReplyDeleteThat is the stuff of nightmares ….. I bet those children were in therapy for most of their lives !! XXXX
ReplyDeleteI only like rabbit when accompanied by a nice Burgundy sauce, reduced. That damn thing looks demonic.

ReplyDeleteThis picture is about 100 kinds of creepy. Those poor kids. That bunny is creepy as fuck.
ReplyDeleteIs this a family photo or lifted from the internets?
ReplyDeleteJust proves that realistic is not always best.
That is bloody scary. Those poor wee kids look terrified.
ReplyDeleteHa ha! EVISCERATE! EVISCERATE! (Dalek voice).
ReplyDeleteHahahaa!
ReplyDeleteAnd I like your last post.
It seems only fair to me. I have seen many an animal being held by a child who probably is feeling just as those sprogs are...
ReplyDeletea little bit scary, its more real rather than cartoon
ReplyDeleteI won't sleep well tonight now!
ReplyDeleteOMG seriously freaky. Poor kids.

DeleteHaha. Better than a clown, I guess... ;-)
ReplyDeleteI love the picture, I use to have that effect on children
ReplyDeleteOMG! Didn't that bunny's face come through the door in The Shining?
ReplyDeleteThat bunny's not sweet. He's creepy. He was created by Dr. Frankenstein.
ReplyDeleteLove,
Janie
