Ok I know.....THREE posts in one day!!!!!!!!!!!...........but I couldn't quite resist posting this.....
a week or so ago I wrote a post about The Golden Girls
and I had almost forgotton just how funny they were......
(Incidently I try to base my humour on Dorothy's)
ENJOY!
ENJOY!
Ah - there it is. Phew.
ReplyDeleteSbove! Why I no look there afore? Me, I crazy.
DeleteThanks, John. I just love those girls!
ReplyDeletethey are a bit like a sassier SEX AND THE CITY
ReplyDeleteSo you truly are a 'friend of Dorothy' - I always thought that was a joke I didn't get. Until now, Lol!
ReplyDeleteAnd will you please STOP making so many posts. I can't keep up. My meagre comments are left hanging in the twilight world of past posts. Or am I just jealous? In that case I'm fast forwarding my own Blog posts- so there!
ReplyDeleteStill funny after 20 years! Love it!
ReplyDeleteI always liked this show. I am not much of a TV watcher but I enjoyed this show.
ReplyDeleteHa ! my fav to watch when I am awake throughout the wee morning hours is the Golden Girls. Betty White still going strong !
ReplyDeleteSo from now on we'll all call you Dot?
ReplyDeleteA GENUINELY funny show... not that many around.
ReplyDeleteSeems that there are a lot of us fans in the blogosphere. I had forgotten about these wonderful women - thank you so much for the reminder.
ReplyDeleteNeeded a bit of a picking up this morning, and this certainly did that.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great show....I loved it........although in the song from the credits I always used to sing 'and the heart attack' instead of 'and the card attached' for some reason.....and they were absolutely a forerunner to SATC.
ReplyDeleteThe G'olden Goyles was a gentle classic. No guns, no shootin', no car chases, no Scullery & Moulder finding aliens in the cereal. Most excellent stuff.
ReplyDeleteI think you succeed Dorothy.
ReplyDeleteBack to my DVD box set...
