Only 15 of us enjoyed the magnificent AgnèsLetestu as the unfortunate Marguerite Gautier in La Dame aux Camelias this afternoon. You can't beat a consumptive strumpet who comes to a sticky end can you?
It's been awhile, but I remember really enjoying this crushing and haunting story....Did you ever see the movie 'Camille' with Greta Garbo & Robert Taylor?
You could, but it would be like flogging a dead horse.
