It has been my belief that people in power find it very easy to unite their followers by identifying what they call a threat. Countries go to war, religions condemn, political parties rally their supporters, etc. This all works for them because there are so few people who actually use their thought processes. Independent thought unfortunately is rather a novelty. It's my hope that the internet by connecting people around the world will cause people to open their minds and hearts. Hope!
my GOD doesn't hate anybody but I can think of a couple of folks that I do. :-)
