We had a lovely evening at my brothers party even though the music wasn't quite to our taste Met up with Nephew Chris with his lovely partner Rebecca and our other Nephew pete with his ever cheerful baby Louie in tow. Louie has been taught to "sign" his needs as deaf children are,, which I thought was facinating, apparantly it allows pretalking children to communicate better and reduces frustration and bad behaviour.
He has a whole range of signs for different situations

Good fun! Signing is pretty popular here for babies too. I was afraid my granddaughter would never learn to talk when she did it as a baby, but that was a stupid worry. She talks...a lot!
