My Village

My favourite view

This is another view from Gop hill, it is of dyserth hill and the vale of clwyd beyond. On a clear day you can see Snowdon quite clearly. The tree on the right is a favourite to collect fir cones to burn on the fire

Trelawnyd from gop hill
This shot is from Gop hill, which is the second biggest hill fort in the UK!!!
I walk up here most days with the dogs, and the view from the top is amazing, especially as you can see 360 degrees, over Liverpool bay, the great Orme and over to Snowdon!

Trelawnyd

This is a photo of Cwm road in Trelawnyd. Our Cottage is the last on the left and is called Bwthyn-y-llan (Church cottage). The original Cottage was built in 1674 and according to the map in the village was called Tan-y-fynwent (beneath the graveyard...or near enough)
