The Best Hug In The World

I went into the mental health charity and booked three paying clients for next week
I saw a plea from a village gal on Facebook to take her to the vets tomorrow so volunteered to do the job , I’m not altruistic I hope she will make me a flower show video in return lol

I feel low today and the God’s know this I suspect for at 6 pm Sue who has the ponies on the field called by to get things sorted for the return of the ponies

She called my name at the kitchen wall
And when I came out and without a word she hugged me with the best hug in the world

Ah, you will like having the ponies back to watch for! I saw a big hawk in our birdbath yesterday and it cheered me up all day, imagine if it had been a pony! Well, maybe not.

What's your going rate for counselling John or does it vary by patient type?

And you deserve the best hug in the world! Sorry I am over 100 miles away, or else I would book mine!

yes...a sincere hug, as mentioned, can be the best medicine. And you can always feel the truly sincere hugs....they are (to me) like handshakes...some are firm and solid and meaningful and almost lingering....and some are rather *limp*....If sincere, both are a gift and a comfort, though of course...most of us would prefer the hug!

An in-person hug is the perfect remedy for feeling a bit low! Sue couldn't have done better and hope her hug let you feel the hugs that we who are far away send you.
Yippeee! 3 paying clients is a good start and I imagine your caring concern and aid will bring you more paying clients.

    Big hugs!

  11. John , would you please explain what it means to do "sessional work"? Surely I am not the only only one who has no clue? Thank you.

You seem low far too often. Have you mentioned this to your doctor. Is it situational anxiety?
