The Class of 25

We are meeting up for drinks in a couple of weeks so I mooched off early as I hate goodbyes

It’s almost four years to the day since I planted my laburnum in the Churchyard
I remembered this on the way home
She’s a strapping young tree now, full of blossom
“ Happiness is when old men plant trees the shade of which they will never sit”

Good-byes are not cool. Also, you'll see them again.
Love the tree and that definition of happiness is right up my alley.

What a happy group of new counsellors soon out to ease the suffering of others! The woman sitting in the front row third from the right is wearing the same Birkenstock Arizona sandals that I am wearing right now, same color, too!
Your Laburnum is flourishing where you planted it and that is one of my favorite quotations, not that you're an old man by any means!
    Happy day and choir tonight!
We've had so much rain we may slide into North Carolina, as it's downhill, globally speaking. ;-)

    Hugs!

Congratulations to you and your 24 other class members on completing your studies. A very well deserved out come for all. Love the picture of your tree; I remember when you planted it. It was only planted one year before you started your course! Now that is something to think about!
