Well it's been a very tiring day
And the 14 or so volunteers
Worked their butts off against-
gusting wind, a hoard of hungry wasps,
And grey skies.
As usual the village bakers ( and friends) baked their little,asses off
And we made a total of
£ 1001.68
Marie Curie Cancer care and St Michael's Church Trelawnyd will both
Get £ 500.84

ReplyDeleteAfter all your hard work and all the volunteers you all deserve a rest and tomorrow wander around with a huge grin on your face knowing that you have raised a stonking amount of money for charity!
I am a firm believer of people of any village and town love to join in with such activities once exposed to them... My sister runs a flower show in a town of around 19 thousand people.. And she has similar success with her ideas and initiatives
