But I have noticed that if the lead is a taught young man in tight jeans he loses the plot somewhat though never as far as the English Tutor who, recognising I was having difficulty with literature, suggested I write an essay based on the first two lines of an allegedly Indian poem which began:

'There is a boy across the river with a bottom like a peach. Alas I cannot swim.'

Had he ever been aware of this, I think my Father would have been pleased with my review of the poem which concerned itself more with the mechanics of building a raft than an implication of frustrated desire.

But given John's honest submission, I think it is me that has lost the plot this time.Hippohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09468795398813061897noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20303812.post-1598523296418718552012-03-04T19:24:24.280+00:002012-03-04T19:24:24.280+00:00This comment has been removed by the author.Hippohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09468795398813061897noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20303812.post-4083296261327657112012-03-04T18:46:40.351+00:002012-03-04T18:46:40.351+00:00Tom (s)
