btw my frugal Scottish ex-MIL taught the kids to turn their tee shirts inside out during meals, then they'd redress after, stains hidden inside. ??? Freaked me out first time my adult boyfriend, now ex DH did it. At least we were eating at home. Oddly he never spilled on himself, despite an addiction to a homemade soup course every night..no clue why he did the shirt turn. "What are you, like 5?" but you could keep the idea in mind.
No-one should ever admit to being too old for a crush....or be too old for a crush for that matter! All life is here with Going Gently, and proudly so. Not my type, but I can see the attraction. And I can always appreciate a beard! (Most people find it hilarious that even after knowing him for 48 years I never saw my late husband's chin!)
His photo is great, but he played a series regular on an American show called The Good Place, and he was spectacular in it - the humor part, moreso than having a crush on him.
age is just a number...... i think you're entitled to a crush if you want one...... many many happy returns for the weekend - hope you get everything you wish for
