And I am NOT happy!

  1. Sorry John, Spain and its magic have that effect. And that place! I will be unhappy for you for five minutes in honor of internet friendship. That is where you two and the cildren should move when you are ready. I often think that maybe I should go back to Salamanca to revisit my youth at the University and then I get depressed when I think that I too would have to leave.

  7. Honestly you have made the best decision to retire, you can live vey cheaply, and above all the luxury of time is immeasurable

  8. Oh John. We all miss you and Chris. The fire eater in the prom has asked after you. The lamb chops were particularly goodnight. If it makes you feel better I am packed ready for home tomorrow. Still paella for lunch and maybe a spot of sangria. Shall we do lunch next week? xxx

  15. Dogs would have been delighted to see you. I bet a pound to a penny that by tomorrow you are full of the news in Trelawnyd - things are bound to have happened while you have been away.

  16. I'm sure you will return John. I love going away especially to Spain where we lived & worked for several years but I always love coming home.
You could both retire there & adopt all the stray cats & dogs & become eccentric ex pats tho not so sure how this will stand post Brexit.

  17. Nice to see you have shaved your beard off and had a facial. They have also done something nice with your hair. You look years younger but if I might say a tad girlish. Do the animals recognise you any more?
