  4. It sounds more fun (and more productive) than the domestic drudgery ahead of me today. And Jacqui is right - you do have a talent for it.

  5. Ahhhh, the years of the midlife crisis! Some men feel the need to buy a fancy car - nothing wrong with making one.

  11. Ah John
As I read this it's still a couple hours, maybe 5(!) before sunset. Montana, it's a bit north of the other states.

Earlier today I got a new phone, the old had something like an ink blot appear on the screen. I'm told this is to be expected in the advance years of the phone, not only the owner.
Anyway, pal, hope you are well.

Oh, yeah. you were asking about what I'm doing this evening several hours behind you. John, it's high Montana summer here, 71F. Ann and I are going to have a Tom Colllins or two until her boyfriend comes home.
    Then it's to bed.
    cheers,
    Mike

  12. For a moment there I thought it was a chocolate auto and I got excited.
Tonight ? I will ask the cats what they want to watch on the television then I will read while I watch something boring. Everything has been boring on tv lately.
    Have a good weekend.

  13. Those wheels look quite stylish.

When I click on my television in a few minutes, I will pretend to fly down to Rio. While glad that I am actually still here.

  17. Sounds like you need a good pick-me-up. Have you tried Metatone?

  18. I'm 50 and by 9pm last night we were getting ready for bed. However, this morning I was out with dozens of other Fireys in trucks doing a Rural/Urban Interface Exercise, so I'm not totally boring. Variety, including making aubergine creations, is good! :D

  29. Aubergines sound more appealing than eggplants. From now on, that's what I am calling them. I shall impress everyone telling them I am growing exotic Aubergines in my garden. They will be jealous.
