  4. Good Lord! That is a shift which is way too long! You're going to be a puddle when it's over.
It's raining here. I think I may take to bed with a book.

  5. We had such a relaxing day that while Grant was doing an early BBQ on the patio this evening, Rina and I were knitting bedsocks for the oldies in the retirement center, and we were YAWNING! It was awful! BTW I've never seen Her Majesty in that shade of apricot!

  15. LOL -- I love this. I was just telling someone how grumpy Liz looked during the Olympics. I think that's where this shot came from, isn't it? Anyway, I guess she often looks like that these days.

  16. I wonder what The Prof will be writing in his diary of profundity...
"The Husband was farting all night long in our bed. It's like being married to the tuba section of The Black Dyke Mills Brassband! Winnie left another slimy fanny trail on the carpet in the parlour. That dog is just a fat canine slug! Now where was I ... ah yes, social dimensions of pre-natal maternity care in the foothills of the Ural Mountains.with particular reference to the conclusions from Moriarty and Bullwinkle's 1968 exploratory project..."
