A Trelawnyd Spring Wedding

There was a wedding in the village this afternoon
The Barnsley's daughter from the rectory
Auntie Glad and several of the village "ladies"were there to see the bride
And I watched the proceedings with Bingley from the comfort of Bosoms, which I have just fenced off in preparation for planting.

  8. I loved hearing church bells again (no such thing in our East African town!) it also looks like Boris was doing a kind of dance-step to the rhythm!

  12. If you ask me, you have the best allotment in the whole village. Front row seats for everything good and the occasional turkey strolling by.

  14. The tom's tail feathers looked a bit ragged. Hope he is well in turkey-terms. Echoing the thoughts above...

  15. Why was the bride wearing brown; is that a Trelawnyd tradition?
