dear mrs. johnson - here's hoping you don't run out of batteries for your radio!! Thanks for the chuckle!
that is brilliant ......
I know a few people who would write such a letter ! Priceless & very funny !
*snigger* That's fab. I've just discovered your blog from Frugal Queen's. Think I have a bit of back reading to do now. :-)
Awesome! Gotta love older folks. I work with seniors once in while at my job, and there is never a dull moment with them, that's for sure.
LOL! Never know what the older folk will say! Sounds like something my mom would have done, she hated her "roomie".
There is obviously life in the old girl yet!
ROFL - love it!
Where do I send the bill for the tea I just spit all over my monitor? LOL! That is hilarious!!!
Quite right too.PS " Daddy My Daddy " Makes me well up every time.
OH, my goodness.Feisty, isn't she!
My 96 year old grandpa tried to smother his nursing home roommate with a pillow because the fellow snored too loud. Isn't it strange how we expect the elderly to be kind and compassionate and wiser than we are?
Payback's a BITCH! (apparently even more-so when you're OLD!)Post title surely got the hit counter humming today...;-)
LOL LOL funny I love feisty old women I may be one. B
I loved this. :-)
Paybacks are hell.Good on her, yet I have a sneeky feeling, she'll succumb and share !So funny :)~Jo
John, I'm so sorry that Mabel is sick, I hope she improves soon.I am also dealing with my sick dog, she has pancreatitis and won't eat, it is so difficult.Best wishes,Marie
I was waiting for the warm fuzzy moment where she was going to be a better person and let her room mate listen to her radio, but the surprise ending was sooooo much better than what I imagined. I simply adore this lady. :)
